Job Responsibilities

• Support dispute resolution efforts, including mediation and litigation.
• Maintain and organize legal files and records in an efficient manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external legal counsel.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise the company on potential impacts.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management related to legal matters.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and resolution of legal issues.
