Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and appropriate stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
- Prepare for client meetings by gathering required materials and information.
- Follow up with clients post-appointment to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client needs align with product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and communication in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services based on client needs.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Attend networking events to expand professional connections and enhance client outreach.
- Report on appointment metrics and client satisfaction to management for continuous improvement.
