Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Assist customers in navigating company services, products, and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Identify customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct customer surveys and assessments to understand service effectiveness and areas of improvement.
- Provide training and support to new employees on customer service best practices.
- Stay current on product knowledge and service offerings to effectively assist customers.
