Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify optimal locations for new facilities or expansions.
Property Acquisition & Leasing:
- Negotiate leases and purchase agreements for new properties.
- Coordinate with brokers, legal advisors, and stakeholders to facilitate property transactions.
Portfolio Management:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the real estate portfolio.
- Develop and execute maintenance plans to ensure the properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Financial Analysis:
- Prepare financial models and investment analysis to assess the viability of real estate projects.
- Manage budgets related to property management, maintenance, and capital expenditures
