Job Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the CRM software to support service-related functions, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization.
- Train service team members on CRM usage, best practices, and any updates or modifications to the system.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in customer service delivery.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to enhance targeted communication and service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that utilize customer information from the CRM to drive engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee the integration of CRM platforms with other tools and systems to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues faced by the service team.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track service metrics and performance indicators derived from CRM data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance the effectiveness of customer service operations.
- Act as a liaison between the service team and IT or software vendors regarding CRM functionalities, upgrades, and potential new features.
