Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor customer interactions and ensure that service quality meets company standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Provide training and support to staff about CRM tools and best practices.
- Prepare reports on customer service metrics and provide insights for improvement initiatives.
- Lead customer feedback initiatives to gather insights and understand customer perceptions of the brand.
- Implement changes to customer service policies based on feedback and analytical results.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
