Job Description

• upervise and oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Interpret and review construction drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and manage site activities, including excavation, foundation work, and structural construction.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed on the construction site to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and site diaries.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to address concerns and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Manage materials and resources on-site, ensuring availability and proper usage to minimize waste and delays.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and workers, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules to ensure project viability.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during construction.
