Job Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather data on the site conditions.
- Prepare and review project plans, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for various construction projects.
- Resolve any technical issues arising during construction, working closely with the project team.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress and compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before construction begins.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of existing infrastructure as needed.
