Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients effectively.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while maximizing company profitability.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing the sale.
- Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to optimize outreach and conversion strategies.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Use CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track interactions, and record sales activity.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand contacts and potential leads.
