Job Description

The Cooperate HoReKa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) National Head CG is responsible for leading and managing the strategic direction of the company's operations in the HoReKa segment at the national level. This role involves developing and implementing plans that drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and increase market share within the HoReKa channel. The National Head will work closely with various departments to ensure that the goals are met efficiently and effectively while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the HoReKa market segment to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Oversee the national operations of the HoReKa division, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance with regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders within the industry.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the HoReKa segment.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development to ensure the team meets performance standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create tailored offerings that meet the needs of the HoReKa sector.
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management on performance progress and areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial planning and resource allocation across the division.
• Organize and participate in industry trade shows, events, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
• Implement training programs and best practices for staff and partners to elevate service delivery standards in the HoReKa channel.
