Job Summary:
As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in the automobile industry, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting brand loyalty. You will serve as a bridge between the dealership and the customer, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales and after-sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and preferences, guiding them in selecting suitable vehicles or services.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
Sales Support:
- Assist customers in the sales process, including pricing, financing, and trade-in options.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
After-Sales Service:
- Coordinate with the service department to schedule maintenance and repair appointments.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to vehicle servicing, warranty, and repairs.
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles and a hassle-free experience.
Customer Feedback and Resolution:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest automobile models, features, and industry trends.
- Share product knowledge with customers to help them make informed decisions.
Documentation and Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare and maintain customer records, sales contracts, and related documents.
- Assist in inventory management and order processing.
Customer Retention:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Engage in follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree may be preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and MS Office applications.
