Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction levels and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor customer account activities and ensure accounts are current and accurate to facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Provide customers with information about new products and services, promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of customer accounts to identify areas for improvement and potential growth.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer relationship metrics and performance to management.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
