Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction levels and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor customer account activities and ensure accounts are current and accurate to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Provide customers with information about new products and services, promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of customer accounts to identify areas for improvement and potential growth.
- Prepare and present reports on customer relationship metrics and performance to management.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
