Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by identifying their needs and requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and address any inquiries or issues they may have.
  • Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and data effectively.
  • Analyze customer feedback and survey responses to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure they are satisfied with products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on customer interactions and feedback to management.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and work with the sales team to capitalize on them.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of products and company policies.
  • Assist in developing customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance customer interactions.
