Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by identifying their needs and requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and address any inquiries or issues they may have.

- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and data effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and survey responses to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure they are satisfied with products and services.
- Prepare and deliver reports on customer interactions and feedback to management.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and work with the sales team to capitalize on them.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of products and company policies.
- Assist in developing customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance customer interactions.
