Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and improvement of engineering projects.
- Support senior engineers in the execution of tasks and troubleshooting of issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and progress logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and feedback.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Utilize CAD and other engineering software for project design and simulations.
- Assist in the research and analysis of engineering processes and materials.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations throughout all engineering processes.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with engineering software, as well as good communication skills, is also required.
