Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of liquor products to various locations, ensuring timely delivery to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and monitor stock to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Review and process customer orders, confirming details such as product type, quantity, and delivery schedule.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers to facilitate optimal service and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including order details, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure efficient transportation and reduce operational costs.
• Implement and adhere to safety and compliance regulations specific to the liquor industry during all dispatch operations.
• Train and supervise dispatch staff, ensuring they understand processes and compliance standards.
• Analyze and report on dispatch metrics, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns via effective product distribution.
