Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all evaluation-related inquiries and activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and communicate evaluation requirements and expectations.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of evaluation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to assess program effectiveness and impact.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and methodologies in collaboration with program teams.
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Communicate evaluation results to stakeholders, facilitating discussions on data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality requirements throughout the evaluation process.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluation activities, methodologies, and outcomes.
• Assist in capacity building by training staff in evaluation practices and tools.
• Stay current with evaluation trends and best practices to enhance evaluation quality and relevance.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve evaluation processes and outcomes.
