Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff, ensuring that all employees are performing their tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping or dining experience.
• Performance Monitoring: Track employee performance and productivity metrics, providing feedback and coaching as necessary to enhance team effectiveness.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control processes, including stock level management and inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Sales Support: Help drive sales by motivating staff, implementing promotional strategies, and ensuring floor displays are attractive and well-stocked.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety regulations and hygiene standards are met and maintained throughout the workplace.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on daily operations, sales performance, and employee productivity for upper management.
• Conflict Resolution: Manage conflicts that may arise among staff or between staff and customers, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Schedule Management: Create and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
