Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using the hotel management system.
- Provide guests with information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk area, ensuring necessary supplies are stocked.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are prepared and ready for guests.
- Assist in managing room availability and overbooking procedures as necessary.
- Gather and maintain guest feedback to improve services and address issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols within the hotel environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
