Job Description
As the General Manager - Sales at this real estate project, your primary role will be to lead the sales operations for our 25-30 acre township development, located behind Magneto Mall. The township features luxury bungalows and flats, offering a premium living experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets and drive growth for the township development.
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to design sales approaches that align with the project's luxury positioning.
Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Organize training and development programs to continuously enhance the team’s sales capabilities and product knowledge.
Sales Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day sales operations for the township, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Monitor and manage lead generation, client interactions, and follow-ups to ensure sales targets are consistently met.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research on the local real estate market, particularly within the luxury sector, to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Utilize insights to adjust sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities accordingly.
Sales Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
Regularly report sales performance, forecasting, and key metrics to the executive management team.
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
Brand Representation and Networking:
Represent August Project in industry events, real estate exhibitions, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and build a network of prospective buyers.
Foster strong relationships with local builders, developers, and real estate agents to expand the project’s market presence.
Sales Target and Budget Management:
Set and manage sales targets, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve objectives.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and promotional campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of properties to customers.
This position requires a dynamic, results-driven individual with strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
