Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Manage recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Provide support and guidance to management on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee and manage employee compensation, benefits, and payroll systems to ensure competitive and equitable practices.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Design and implement training and development programs that support employee growth and organizational objectives.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to assess employee satisfaction and engagement; develop initiatives to improve workplace culture.
- Manage the employee evaluation process and provide feedback to employees and management to support career development.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR databases and systems.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and strategies.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and procedures.
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
