Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute post-interview processes, including reference checks and background screenings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, and job fairs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven improvements.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image and attract top talent.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and engaging experience from day one.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labor market changes, and innovative recruitment techniques to remain competitive in attracting talent.
