Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and onboard new employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and create professional development programs.
- Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires and ongoing training workshops.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in performance evaluation processes and feedback systems.
- Support managers in developing individual development plans for employees.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll processes and benefits administration.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to ensure competitive compensation.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures as necessary.
- HR Information Systems:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Generate reports and analytics related to HR metrics.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Implement policies that support equity in the workplace.
