Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN and network connectivity issues
- Manage firewalls, security settings, and whitelisting to ensure system protection
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Install, update, monitor, and maintain operating systems and application software
- Maintain IT asset and inventory management (hardware, software licenses, peripherals)
- Ensure regular system updates, backups, and security patches
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries promptly
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements when required
- Maintain documentation related to IT procedures, systems, and configurations
