Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive or electronic systems efficiently and accurately.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on repair methods, troubleshooting techniques, and the use of diagnostic equipment.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of all repair work, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to solve challenging technical issues and streamline repair processes.
- Stay updated with the latest technology advancements and repair techniques through continuous education and training.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair needs, address concerns, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in managing inventory of parts and tools, ensuring availability of necessary components for repairs.
- Document repair processes, complete necessary paperwork, and input data into the service management software.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics, repair trends, and improvement opportunities.
