Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area by greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Deliver and distribute mail, documents, and parcels within the office.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office supplies and common areas, including kitchens and break rooms.
- Help set up meeting rooms for conferences and ensure that all necessary equipment is available and functional.
- Coordinate office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Provide general support to staff as needed, including assisting with projects or research tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of office inventory and supplies.
- Perform errands outside the office, such as banking or picking up supplies, as needed.
- Assist colleagues with day-to-day operational tasks and special projects as requested.
