• Budget management: Monitor production budgets, control expenses, and minimize costs without compromising on quality.
• Inventory management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure smooth production flow.

• Liaise with other departments: Collaborate with procurement, engineering, quality assurance, and logistics to align production goals.
