Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and adhering to financial constraints.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of engineering and construction teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and produce comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and potential issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors to ensure best value and terms for the organization.
• Utilize project management software and tools to monitor progress and performance.
• Mentor and develop junior project staff, promoting team collaboration and efficiency.
• Facilitate project handover and post-project evaluation to ensure continuous improvement.
