Job Description


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and distributors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Regularly assess client satisfaction and seek opportunities to enhance the relationship.

Product and Service Promotion:

  • Understand the company's products, services, and value proposition thoroughly.
  • Provide information to clients about new products, features, or updates that may benefit them.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote the company's offerings.

Client Needs Assessment:

  • Proactively identify client needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Work with clients to develop solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Present proposals and recommendations to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics departments to ensure the timely delivery of products or services.
  • Help resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the sales process.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitors.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the company on market conditions and customer preferences.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports for management to assess client relationships and sales performance.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
