Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement service department policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics and performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and mentoring for service staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
  • Prepare and manage the service budget, controlling costs while optimizing department resources.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to enhance collaboration.
  • Oversee the scheduling and deployment of service staff based on customer demand.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of industry trends and developments to ensure the team stays informed and competitive.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead team meetings to communicate goals, initiatives, and expectations effectively.
