As a Sales Consultant (Fresher) in the Passenger Car division of an automobile dealership, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to facilitate the purchase of passenger vehicles. This role is designed for individuals who are new to the automotive sales industry and are eager to learn and grow within a sales environment. You will receive training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs and match them with the appropriate vehicle offerings, ensuring a positive buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to establish rapport and trust.
• Assist customers in selecting the right passenger vehicles by understanding their requirements and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on the features, specifications, and benefits of vehicles in inventory.
• Conduct test drives with prospective customers and address any queries they may have.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies related to passenger cars.
• Prepare and present sales quotations, including pricing and financing options to customers.
• Complete sales transactions by providing necessary documentation and facilitating vehicle delivery.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Assist in the dealership’s marketing efforts by participating in promotional events and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, representing the dealership's image positively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in automobiles and willingness to learn about various passenger car models.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
