Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and target potential buyers through various marketing strategies such as networking, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and presentations to showcase properties to prospective buyers.
- Prepare informative sales materials, including property brochures, comparative market analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Assist clients in understanding financing options and coordinate mortgage pre-approval processes.
- Negotiate property offers and counter-offers on behalf of clients, ensuring satisfactory terms are met.
- Handle paperwork related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and real estate laws.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and post-sale support.
