Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize revenue growth.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales targets, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management, analyzing trends and making actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities and new product launches.
- Identify market opportunities and conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints to maintain high customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
