The Senior Accountant / Chartered Accountant (CA) plays a crucial role in managing the financial health of an organization. • Coordinate external audits, providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and financial policies.
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Maintain familiarity with changing regulations and ensure compliance with new accounting standards.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing analytical insights to support financial planning.
