Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs to provide them with recommendations for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Take detailed notes of customer concerns and requests to relay to the service technicians.
- Prepare and present accurate estimates for recommended services and repairs, ensuring transparency in pricing.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle’s service progress.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process, updating them on the status of their vehicle.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, aiming for efficient resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize dealership management software to track service history and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest vehicle technologies, service techniques, and dealership promotions.
