Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival and ascertain their automotive service needs.
- Utilize effective listening skills to understand customers' concerns and complaints.
- Provide accurate and detailed information on service options and repairs available.
- Prepare work orders and communicate the necessary repairs to the service technicians.
- Maintain customer records, including service history and payment transactions.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction post-service.
- Manage customer payments and financing options for repairs and services.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of services.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or disputes professionally.
- Stay updated on service promotions, warranty policies, and automotive technologies.
- Ensure the service area is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members as needed.
