Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the service team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Monitor service delivery metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on service performance to senior management.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the service team and the organization.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive service offerings.
