Job Description

1. Receive and process incoming spare parts orders and inventory.
2. Accurately pick spare parts according to customer requests or service department needs.
3. Verify the quality and condition of spare parts before packaging or delivery.
4. Label, package, and prepare spare parts for shipment or customer pickup.
5. Maintain organized inventory storage, ensuring easy access and identification of parts.
6. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in restocking items as necessary.
7. Coordinate with the service department to understand parts requirements for ongoing repairs.
8. Handle returns and exchanges of defective or incorrect parts in accordance with company policy.
9. Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicle needs.
10. Utilize inventory management software to track parts in stock and manage orders effectively.
11. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with shop safety standards.
12. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
