Job Description

1. Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct spare parts and accessories for their vehicles.
2. Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet demand.
3. Create and process purchase orders for spare parts and manage suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
4. Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to minimize losses and discrepancies.
5. Provide accurate information about parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines to customers and staff.
6. Assist in the storage and organization of spare parts within the showroom or service area.
7. Communicate with the service department to ensure parts are available for vehicle repairs in a timely manner.
8. Process returns and exchanges of parts in accordance with showroom policy.
9. Stay updated on automotive parts knowledge and trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
10. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with showroom and safety regulations.
11. Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers and new spare parts to customers.
12. Assist in training new staff on parts inventory management and customer service protocols.
