Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Install, and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, and power distribution.
- Conduct thorough inspections of electrical installations, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Mentor and supervise junior electricians, providing training on best practices and safety protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installations and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including service reports and inventory management.
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors on multi-trade projects to ensure efficient workflows.
- Respond to emergency electrical situations, providing rapid resolution to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in electrical systems and techniques.
- Participate in job site planning and layout, ensuring optimal placement of electrical infrastructure.
