Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide training, share updates, and motivate team members.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the team and upper management.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
- Identify individual team members' strengths and areas for improvement to support their development.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to optimize sales processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Address and resolve any interpersonal or performance-related issues within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting sales.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports for upper management summarizing team performance and strategic initiatives.
