Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of service representatives, ensuring adherence to company policies and service quality standards.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate important updates, address concerns, and discuss performance targets.

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on team performance and customer feedback for senior management.
  • Implement and promote best practices within the team to enhance service efficiency and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.
