Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of service representatives, ensuring adherence to company policies and service quality standards.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement, including coaching and feedback.
- Develop and maintain service metrics to evaluate team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.
- Prepare reports and presentations on team performance and customer feedback for senior management.
- Implement and promote best practices within the team to enhance service efficiency and customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.
