A Tele-caller in an automobile dealership is responsible for promoting and selling automotive products and services over the phone. They interact with potential customers, providing them with essential information about vehicles, financing options, and dealership offerings. This role involves generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer relationships to drive sales in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Provide information about the dealership's inventory, including vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to vehicle purchases or services.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives or consultations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales, service, or vehicle availability.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the dealership.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Follow-up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
