Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services or products.
  • Provide detailed information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
  • Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  • Record customer information and interactions in the company database accurately.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships.
  • Handle objections and queries with professionalism and aim to resolve issues.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management in terms of call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve performance and stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and share best practices to improve team performance.
  • Prepare reports on call activities and provide feedback to management regarding customer responses.
