Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services or products.
- Provide detailed information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
- Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Record customer information and interactions in the company database accurately.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships.
- Handle objections and queries with professionalism and aim to resolve issues.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management in terms of call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to improve performance and stay updated on product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with team members and share best practices to improve team performance.
- Prepare reports on call activities and provide feedback to management regarding customer responses.
