Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to present company products/services.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries promptly.
- Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- Listen actively to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Evaluate customer interest and provide tailored recommendations based on their preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
- Report on weekly and monthly sales activities and outcomes to management.
- Keep abreast of new products, services, and industry trends to offer informative conversations.
- Provide feedback to the marketing department regarding customer responses and potential improvements.
