Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions that align with their objectives.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and effective marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales efforts.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Recent MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
