Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have with current purchases.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management regularly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a customer-first approach in all interactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in telesales or telemarketing.
- Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- High degree of self-motivation and sales orientation.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
