Job Responsibility:
Read and interpret MEP/Construction drawings precisely
Extract accurate quantities for plumbing & fire systems
Prepare detailed estimates and BOQs
Conduct rate analysis and market benchmarking
Handle government and private tender documentation
Coordinate with the site & design team for estimation accuracy
