Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process warranty claims from customers and service centers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Communicate with customers to explain warranty coverage, claim processes, and any relevant policies or procedures.
- Conduct thorough investigations into warranty claims, gathering necessary documentation and evidence to support claims decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, technical support, and product management, to resolve warranty-related issues effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive records of warranty claims, investigations, customer communications, and decisions for future reference.
- Analyze warranty claim data to identify trends, frequently occurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Work closely with manufacturers or suppliers to ensure warranty terms and conditions are met and negotiate resolutions when necessary.
- Develop and maintain warranty manuals, training materials, and resources to educate staff and improve claims processing efficiency.
- Monitor industry standards and best practices related to warranty management, proposing updates to company policies as needed.
- Provide exemplary customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to warranty claims in a professional and prompt manner.
