Responsibilities
- Manage the warranty claims process by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
- Review, analyze, and approve warranty claims submitted by service technicians.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, warranty administrators, and service providers.
- Train and mentor service staff on warranty policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on warranty claim trends and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all warranty regulations and maintain thorough records of warranty transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding warranty coverage and processes.
- Conduct regular audits of warranty claims to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to streamline warranty-related processes.
- Stay updated on new warranty policies, automotive technologies, and industry trends.
- Lead initiatives aimed at reducing warranty costs while improving customer satisfaction.
