Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure production schedules are met with efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment.
- Assign tasks to team members and supervise their performance.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Handle inventory and ensure availability of raw materials.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
